Regulatory Status
SPA ETF Plc (the Company) is an open-ended umbrella variable capital investment company incorporated in Ireland and authorised by the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority. Most of the protections provided by the UK regulatory system do not apply to the operation of the Company and compensation will not be available under the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme. The Company is a recognised scheme for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Important information on the Company is contained in the Offering Document. Copies of the Offering Document can be obtained from BNY Trust Company (Ireland) Limited (Administrator) having its registered office at Guild House, Guild Street, International Financial Services Centre, Dublin 1, Ireland or from your Broker or Financial Advisor.
